Onboarding works when we do it together

We lead the build, but this only works as a partnership. There are a handful of things we need from you, and every one of them matters: when one slips, everything else waits. Here is where we need you, how ready you are, and a short list to work through before Discovery.

What we need from you

Where we need you, and why it matters

Onboarding stalls for two reasons more than any other: data that is not ready, and key people who are not available. This is the part only you can do, so being clear about it upfront means we can plan around it together.

Nominate a Project Lead

One person with the authority to make decisions, named before your Discovery session.

A regular slot each week

Consistent time from your Project Lead while onboarding is active, in regular sessions rather than ad hoc ones.

Data delivered on schedule

You get your data to us, complete and checked, within the dates we agree together.

Attend the training

Sessions that are missed have to be rescheduled, and that holds up go-live.

Approve decisions promptly

Configuration choices and data sign-offs left waiting are the most common cause of a stalled project.

Treat it as a change, not just a tool

Teams that explain the why internally and involve people early see stronger adoption and better results.

Readiness check

How ready are you to start?

A few quick questions, about two minutes. You will get a simple read on how ready you are, and a tailored list to help you prepare. Nothing is saved or sent. It is just for you.

Work through this before Discovery

Tick things off as you go. Your progress is saved in this browser, so you can come back to it. None of it is sent to us.

The one step that starts everything

Nominate your Project Lead

This is the single most useful thing you can do before onboarding begins. Decide who will take it on: one person, with the authority to make decisions and the time to stay close to it. Your Joblogic contact will confirm the details with you and build the plan around them.
