The right people, named on both sides

The clearest predictor of a smooth onboarding is having the right people named and available, on your side and ours. Here is who does what.

The one to get right

Your Project Lead matters more than anything else

If there is a single thing that decides whether onboarding runs smoothly or stalls, it is this role. One person, with the authority to make decisions and the time to stay close to it. Nominate them before your Discovery session, and protect a regular slot in their week while onboarding is active.

Who does what, end to end

This is a shared project. We guide and support you throughout, and lead the parts that are ours; you lead on your configuration, your data, and your decisions. Filter the table to see your side, ours, or where we work together.
